Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel a subscription through Manage Billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; paid access normally continues through the current billing period.

Refund requests

Because access is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a duplicate charge, technical failure, or billing error occurs, contact Support within 14 days so we can review it.

How refunds work

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a prior charge.
